Host Employment

Systematically developing a workforce in the community requires all stakeholders within development projects and skills development programs to work together. Together with our partners, we have linked learners in need of practical training to experienced employers on site. This has also made Retlosebetsa a recognisable lead/co-host employer in or various SETA-funded programs.
