Naome Sifuba

Ms. Sifuba is the SMME & Labour Manager for Retlosebetsa. Her role is to manage all Retlosebetsa Satellite Offices, its SMME Advisors and supporting staff/interns. She ensures Compliance in all documents submitted by the SMMEs, overseeing that SMMEs get training on available Business Development Programmes to make sure that they can manage their businesses. She is also responsible for facilitating the sourcing of site labour. She oversees referrals of SMMEs to Main Contractors on site when requested. She ensures smooth operation in all Retlosebetsa SMME Offices and offers customer/beneficiary service.
