Having been approached by several students in need of work experience to complete their tertiary studies, Retlosebetsa has undertaken to assist. Though some programs within this ongoing initiative are unfunded, Retlosebetsa welcomes applications from students who need training/practical work experience to graduate and has partnered with the likes of Builders Training Centre and South West Gauteng College (SWGC) to bring a limited number of students on site. Retlosebetsa has undertaken to place applicants from the database to work places on site and in office, keeping in mind that placement is only possible when service providers and contractors are willing and have the means to collaborate and accomodate the learners on site.
